I created Executive Order Advanced Innovation Labs, a forward-looking division focused on providing our customers sustainable competitive technology advantages. I am responsible for evaluating the market, generating new ideas and opportunities, vetting those ideas efficiently and effectively to determine if the value can be created, and then developing the strategy to best capture that value for our customers. My responsibilities include running the operations of the innovation lab and leading a talented group of innovators. Using my experience with Pragmatic AI, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Integrated Machine Learning (ML) with big data analytics I have developed the following technologies:

•           Experienced architect in AI-Robotics with integration of technology, science, and engineering that produces machines that can perform physical tasks that are performed by humans. My definition of IoT is that IoT it is the integration of computer-based systems into our physical world.

•           Machine Learning (ML), I designed a collection of algorithms with the ability of learning or improving when exposed to data without being explicitly programmed to do so.

•           Natural Language Processing: OpenAI ChatGPT Using my AI development experience, I have worked extensively with ChatGPT, a large language model that is a subset of machine learning that processes human speech. I have utilized ChatGPT to automate conversations, improve customer service, and enhance user engagement. I have leveraged AI and ChatGPT to develop innovative solutions that address the unique needs of various industries, including healthcare, finance, and e-commerce.

•           Digital Decisioning: I designed the use of defined criteria, conditions, and a series of machine and human tasks to make decisions. I created many Expert Systems (ES) that can reason to a conclusion (infer) beyond what we currently know. These systems use an inference model that provides a conclusion reached on the basis of evidence and reasoning.

•           I am a strong individual contributor who is responsible for Conversational AI Solutions Engineering for several Cognitive Artificial Intelligence (AI) portfolios of products including voice and chatbots.

At Executive Order Advanced Innovation Labs I lead a team responsible for driving the future direction of our digital products and services and integrating those solutions into customers existing product portfolio and enterprise system operations. I provide leadership, vision, and strategy assistance to drive product innovation and new concept development, helped manage platforms that integrate our products and house our data. I drive product performance for our existing portfolio of products including customer engagement tools, and digital transformation. I develop many unique technology concepts targeted at providing improved, unique customer experiences while driving revenues and efficiency for our customers. My innovative concepts explore the use of IoT, Virtual and Augmented Reality, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Connected Vehicles, Mobile Apps, Cloud and Edge Computing, and AI-ML Cognitive Computing.
